FAQ

Before you decide.

Which cat is it suitable for?

It measures about 50 × 50 × 20 cm: it suits cats up to about 4 kg. A large cat will struggle to get through the tunnel.

It arrived out of shape, is that normal?

Yes, it travels folded. Reshape it by hand: the felt gets its volume back.

How do I clean it?

Open the zip to separate the two halves, vacuum or use a pet hair brush, and spot-clean with lukewarm water.

Shipping and returns?

Shipping is tracked and takes 8 to 25 days within France, the EU and Switzerland. It is free from 25 € and costs 3,99 € below that. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no questions asked.
