FAQ

Before you decide.

How do I choose the size?

Measure the chest just behind the front legs and compare with the sizes on the page. Between two sizes, take the larger one and adjust with the hook-and-loop strap.

Is it suitable for a cat?

Yes, it’s a vest harness that wraps around the chest. For a cat, let them wear it for a few minutes at home before the first outing.

How do I know it’s tight enough?

You should be able to slip two fingers under the harness. Looser, they can slip out; tighter, it bothers them.

Shipping and returns?

Shipping is tracked and takes 8 to 25 days within France, the EU and Switzerland. It is free from 25 € and costs 3,99 € below that. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no questions asked.
